Do I need to clean my containers first?
Yes, please ensure all bottles, bags, and jars are thoroughly washed and completely dry before refilling. This keeps our shared dispensers hygienic and ensures your fresh ingredients last as long as possible.
Can I buy containers from you?
Absolutely. While we encourage bringing what you already have at home, we do sell a selection of sturdy glass jars, organic cotton produce bags, and reusable pump bottles in the shop.
How do you price the refills?
We weigh your empty container first (the tare weight), fill it up, and then weigh it again. You only pay for the exact weight or volume of the product inside. If you need help with bulk orders, drop us a note at hello@therefillroom.nl.
