The Process

How the shop works

01

Weigh your empty containers

Bring any clean jar, bottle, or bag. Place it on our digital scale to print a weight label. This ensures you only pay for the product inside, not the container.

02

Fill with what you need

Browse our selection of package-free pantry staples, cleaning liquids, and personal care items. Use our scoops and pumps to fill your containers to the brim—or just grab a pinch.

03

Pay at the counter

Bring your filled items to the checkout. We will scan your original weight label, subtract it from the total weight, and you are ready to head home.

The Benefits

Why choose to refill?

Buy exactly what you need

Trying a new recipe and only need a teaspoon of a specific spice? At a zero-waste shop, you control the quantities. This reduces food waste at home and keeps your grocery budget healthy.

Eliminate single-use plastics

By reusing the containers you already own, you bypass the cycle of plastic production and disposal. We source our products in bulk, creating a closed-loop system that keeps our environment cleaner.

Our Collective Impact

Every jar you reuse prevents unnecessary packaging from entering nature.

Ready to begin? Gather a few clean jars, make a list of your essentials, and visit the shop. We are here to help you navigate your first refill.
